Return Process
Step 1. Identifying a Defect
If you receive a defective item, you have every right to exchange it. Be sure to inspect the item on the first day you receive your order. If you find a defect, you must send a video recording of the defective item to the Quality Control Department.

Step 2. Review of the Request
If your request is valid and genuine, a Quality Control Department representative will provide you with the address of the delivery point to which you must return the item.
Step 3. Refund
After the returned item is received and inspected, the full amount for the returned item will be credited to your account.
Step 4. New Purchase
Once the funds have been credited, you can make a new purchase on the platform.
